        Approve your art or request any changes within 24 HOURS from the time the art preview was sent to your email, free of charge!

        We’ll print and ship it to your door! (in 5-7 days). Then, show off your art to friends and family!

        Can I see a preview of the art before it's printed?

        Yes! We send you a preview 2-3 days after you place your order and we offer multiple FREE revisions - we'll work with you until you're 100% happy with the result.

        What if I don't like my pet portrait?

        If you're not happy with your art, we'll revise this free of charge until you are 100% satisfied. We only print it when you love it!

        Is my photo good enough to use?

        Most likely, yes! As all of our art is hand-drawn from scratch, this means the quality of the reference photo is not as important. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

        Can you draw people?

        Yes, we can draw any animal and even people, too!

        Do you ship worldwide?

        Yes, we've shipped over 50,000 portraits all around the world.

        How long does it take?

        It typically takes us 2-3 days to send you an art preview and 5-7 days for your product to be delivered.(Please allow an additional few days during peak periods)

        Can I have more than 4 pets/people?

        You can choose up to 4 people/pets on our main producthere. If you would like more than 4 pets drawn, you can choose our 4-8 character canvashere. If you would like more than 8 characters drawn, please contact us at pca@pokepetshop.com for a quote.

        Do you use any apps/filters for the art?

        No, we do not use any apps to speed up the process of our work, which, in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. Sallie and Sophia hand-draw each pet with love, care, and attention, capturing your pet's personality in a style you have always loved.
